Position Highlights:
Enterprise Account Managers play a crucial role in maintaining the relationship between the company and its Fortune 450 accounts/clients. They are responsible for managing, retaining, and growing the enterprise accounts that are critical to the company’s bottom line. As an Enterprise Account Manager, your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of assigned customers, developing new business from existing clients, and actively seeking new sales opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts
- Developing a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Communicating clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecasting and tracking key account metrics
- Identifying and growing opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
- Assisting with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed
- Understanding category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the status of accounts and transactions
- Negotiating contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Developing new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant
- Six year related expereince
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- This is a remote position
- Salary: $110,000 base with FY Sales Incentive plan
