We are currently looking for an Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing to join us in our mission to save lives and prevent injuries.

Position Highlights:

The Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth and brand presence through effective sales and marketing strategies. This position involves overseeing the sales, marketing, and eCommerce teams, aligning their efforts to achieve company objectives, and contributing to the organization's success. The Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing plays a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and enhancing the National Safety Council's competitive position.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead a multi-channel sales organization.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve revenue targets and enhance brand visibility.
  • Lead and mentor the sales, marketing, and eCommerce teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and goals.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support sales objectives and drive customer engagement.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Oversee the development of sales collateral, presentations, and proposals to support sales efforts and effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business development and expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, finance, and operations, to optimize processes and maximize efficiency.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing and sales efforts, and provide regular reports to executive leadership.
  • Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing channels and communications.
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in marketing and sales to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the marketing and sales teams.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the organization's reputation and market presence.
We’re Looking for Someone with: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in senior-level marketing and sales positions, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and exceed expectations.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in marketing and sales software, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • A strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of marketing and sales.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and a passion for driving business growth and success.
  • This is a remote position with travel for executive meetings and conferences.
  • The salary range for this role is $200,000 to $225,000 base with a growth-based incentive plan.
