We are currently looking for an Executive Vice President, Consulting  & Assessments to join us in our mission to save lives and prevent injuries.

Position Highlights:

The Executive Vice President of Consulting Services plays the leading role in managing and growing the Consulting Services Group's business driving performance and ensuring the team's success in achieving organizational objectives. The Executive Vice President (EVP) will lead and drive the strategic direction, operations, and financial performance of our workplace safety consulting business. This role requires a dynamic, results-oriented leader with a strong background in business development, operational excellence, and team leadership. The EVP will focus on revenue growth, client satisfaction, and the expansion of services to establish the company as a market leader in workplace safety solutions.

What You’ll Do:
Leadership and Strategic Vision:
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance the Consulting Services Group's performance and contribution to organizational objectives, with a focus on managing a $2-3 million dollar business.
  • Provide visionary leadership to drive the team towards achieving financial, utilization, and delivery goals.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration within the team.
Performance Management and Accountability:
  • Establish clear performance metrics and targets for the Consulting Services team in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance against established metrics, taking proactive measures to address any deviations.
  • Hold team members accountable for their individual and collective contributions towards organizational success.
Financial Management:
  • Achieve ambitious revenue generation, including strong cost management, and profitability objectives, to support significant growth of a current $2-3 million dollar business line.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue generation and optimize resource utilization.
  • Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and financial targets while promoting sustainable growth.
Team Development and Talent Management:
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to build a high-performing and diverse Consulting Services team.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to enhance the capabilities and skills of team members.
  • Cultivate a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters employee engagement, motivation, and career advancement.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Collaborate with the Go to Market team to identify, pursue, and secure new consulting opportunities.
  • Nurture strategic client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality consulting services that exceed client expectations and drive long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, including Sales, Operations, Finance, and Human Resources, to achieve overarching organizational objectives.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration across functional areas to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive collective success.
We’re Looking for Someone with: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the consulting services industry, managing businesses within the $2-3 million dollar range.
  • Extensive experience in developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Strong financial acumen and proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource management.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and navigate complex business challenges effectively.
  • This is a remote position with travel for executive meetings and conferences.
  • The salary range for this role is $200,000 to $225,000 base with a growth-based incentive plan.
